Our Flat Roofing Installation Process:

Inspection & Assessment
 We inspect the existing flat roof system for signs of ponding, leaks, membrane damage, or poor drainage. Based on findings, we recommend repair or replacement.

  1. Removal of Existing Materials
     We tear off the existing membrane (if necessary), clean the surface, and dispose of all debris to prepare for installation.

  2. Substrate Preparation
     The roof deck is inspected and repaired as needed. Insulation and slope correction systems may be added to improve drainage.

  3. Installation of Waterproofing System
     Depending on the property’s needs, we install one of the following:

    • TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) – energy-efficient and heat-welded seams

    • EPDM (Rubber Roofing) – flexible, UV-resistant membrane

    • Modified Bitumen – durable multi-layer system with torch-down or cold-adhesive options

    • Built-Up Roofing (BUR) – traditional multi-layer system using asphalt and felt

  4. Sealing & Detailing
     Flashings, edge metal, roof drains, penetrations, and parapet walls are properly sealed for watertight protection.

Final Inspection & Walkthrough
